 to Consider:

  • Downtown Victoria — Active, convenient, transit access.
  • Oak Bay & Cadboro Bay — Closer to RVYC, quieter, private homes.
  • Saanich & Broadmead — More residential and affordable.
  • Esquimalt & View Royal — West of downtown, good transit connectivity.


Proximity & Travel:

  • Downtown Victoria to RVYC: ~15-20 min by car.
  • Victoria International Airport (YYJ) to RVYC: ~30–40 min by car.


Transportation Options:

  • Taxi / Rideshare: Readily available (Taxi, Uber / Lyft).
  • Public Transit: BC Transit routes connect downtown with the Cadboro Bay area (may require transfers).
  • Bicycle / E-Scooters: Available downtown and near some hotel districts.
  • Rental Cars: Available at the Victoria International Airport and throughout Victoria.
